North American International Auto Show 2007

My brother Steve and I had the awesome chance to go to the Auto Show in Detroit a couple weeks ago. I'm late in posting because it's hard to pick just a few pictures to put up here. We had a great time though! I always love seeing the new concepts and next years cars. Here are just a few of the highlights.

We'll start with one of my favorite new things! BMW has this new Heads Up Display. On the windshield you can see your speed and directions from your GPS! It tells you what street you're coming up to, which way to turn and a progress bar that tells you how close you're getting. They liken it to what a fighter pilot has in their helmet. It was very cool!!!



This next deal I wish I had! On the tailgate by the handle there is a small camera pointed straight at the trailer hitch with a small screen (not much bigger than an iPod screen) on the dash so you can see exactly where to stop! It's awesome!

Chirstmas Time

Christmas time was a great time! Melissa and I were able to travel afar to the land of Oklahoma. We had a great time with family and friends and simply just relaxing. Now we sit here in 2007 and have to go back to work tomorrow. Humbug!
